How to Collect School Fees with Easypaisa and JazzCash (Without the Confusion)

Parents love paying fees from their phone. The office does not love the result: screenshots on WhatsApp, payments without names, and hours spent matching amounts to students. Here is a simple system that works.

Step 1: One school account, printed on every voucher

Put your Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank (IBAN) details on every fee voucher and in the parent portal, with the account title, so parents always pay to the right place.

Step 2: The parent enters the transaction ID

After paying, the parent opens the voucher in the portal and enters the transaction ID (TID) and amount. The payment is now linked to the right child and the right month.

Step 3: The accountant confirms with one tap

The accountant checks the TID in the school’s Easypaisa / JazzCash / bank statement and taps Confirm. The voucher is marked paid and the parent gets a receipt.

Step 4: Reminders do the chasing

Automatic reminders before and after the due date, and a defaulter list by class, mean the office only calls the families who really need a call.

With this system, online payments become less work than cash — not more.
