Monthly vouchers for the whole school in one click
Choose the month and the due date — the portal makes a voucher for every active student using the class fee, the student’s concession or scholarship, and any extra charges you have set up (exam fee, computer lab, annual charges). Students who already have the voucher are skipped, so it is safe to run again.

Bank copy, school copy and parent copy are printed side by side, with your logo, the bank / Easypaisa / JazzCash details, the amount in words and any previous unpaid dues. Cut along the dotted lines and hand them out.
Fee heads, family vouchers and late fines
- Fee heads — tuition, exam fee, computer lab or annual charges, each with its own amount per class, printed as separate lines.
- Family voucher — all children of one family on one slip, paid in one go.
- Automatic late fine — a fixed amount or per day after the grace days, added by itself.
- Installments — parents can ask to pay in parts; the accountant and principal approve.
Online payment with Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer
Parents pay to the school’s account and enter the transaction ID in the parent portal. The accountant checks it and confirms with one tap — the receipt is sent to the parent automatically.
Know exactly who has paid
Defaulter lists by class, a daily cash book, collection reports and automatic fee reminders by email and WhatsApp before and after the due date.
