Attendance in a minute, on any phone
The class teacher opens the class, everyone is marked present, and only absent or late students are tapped. The principal sees which classes are not marked yet, and a reminder goes to the teachers who forgot.
Parents are told straight away
When a child is marked absent or late, the parent gets an email (and WhatsApp, when connected) — so a child who left home but did not reach school is noticed the same morning.
QR card check-in
Every student ID card has a QR code. Scan it at the gate with a phone to mark the student present — useful for large schools and morning queues.
Monthly calendar and reports
- Each student’s attendance calendar for the month, with present, absent, late and leave days.
- Leave requests from parents, approved by the class teacher or office.
- Staff attendance for teachers and staff, used for salary deductions.
