Do we need to install anything?
No. The portal opens in any browser — computer or phone. Parents and teachers can add it to their phone's home screen like an app.
Is our data safe and private?
Every school gets its own separate database — no other school can see your data. The principal can download a full backup at any time.
Can we move our students from Excel?
Yes. Upload your student list from Excel (CSV) in a few minutes — we can do it for you.
Does it work in Urdu?
Yes. Every user can switch between English and Urdu with one tap.
How do parents pay?
Parents pay at the bank or school with the 3-copy challan, or by Easypaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer and send the transaction ID from the portal for the accountant to confirm.
What if we need help?
There is a Help button inside the portal to chat with us, and we are on WhatsApp. Updates and new features come automatically.
